Wildwood roofing & construction

Dear [First],

Due to the hail storm that came through your neighborhood on March 26, 2020, we are confident that we can get your insurance company to replace your roof and it would only cost you your deductible! Given the nature of the business we are in, when driving through your neighborhood, we came to notice damage to many of your neighbors’ roofs. We have included a report on the damages we noticed on multiple roofs that we were able to see from the street.

We install hundreds of roofing systems per year and 95% of them paid for by Homeowners Insurance. We can do the same for you. By law, your insurance company cannot raise your rates for filing this type of claim. Storm damage is classified as an “Act of God” claim, and therefore you CANNOT be penalized. You have absolutely nothing to lose!

Hail and wind damage to your roof should not be taken lightly. Hail falls at almost 110 miles per hour, leaving small punctures in your shingle, which will rapidly deteriorate and eventually cause leaks. Do you have yellow stains on your ceiling? If so, this is an indication of a leak and a potential bigger problem. Wind damage will either blow your shingles off completely or cause the seals to break, and they’ll never be able to properly re-seal allowing water to penetrate the decking. Don’t wait until half your roof is laying in their backyard in order to get your insurance company involved. Roofers and insurance companies agree that hail and wind damage to shingles poses a major threat to the integrity of your home.

We are licensed and insured, and have a 20-Year Workmanship Warranty on new roofs. And we work with your insurance company. No job is too small!

You have very limited time to take advantage of this opportunity. Please call
