FROM THE DIRECTOR'S DESK | Lucero Ruiz, Creative Director
Let’s get this creative party started you all! I cannot wait to see what 2022 brings for all of us. We are off to a fantastic start.
As the year got started, I wanted to take an introspective look at 2021 and wanted to have a solid vision for 2022! I decided to ask a few of you:
What was your favorite part about 2021?
What are you looking forward to in 2022?
For me, 2021 was about taking the very first step toward improvement so our creative departments could execute and at a high level. We held leadership trainings for all creative managers so we could focus on propelling high performing teams. I took the time to learn more about each creative department and worked together with creative leaders to start implementing procedures to improve efficiency.
In 2022, I look forward to transition. Transition from focusing on smoothy out the foundations, to coming together as a creative team where our individual strengths leverage each other, and we can raise the bar in our creative!
We cannot do it without all of you! So do not forget! We want to hear from you! Please send us any creative suggestions, questions, jokes at tipjar@affinitiv.com

ALL ABOUT THAT ART LIFE | Duane Grant, Art Director
We kicked off 2022 strong during this extended cut of Q4. The team created lots of amazing spec this past month all while staying on top of their daily workload. We are also excited to move back to a team-based structure with the account team and designating designers to specific accounts throughout Q1. Once again art will be part of this year's internship program which proved to be very beneficial to the team last year. Keep killing it art, you guys are amazing!
