Event Highlights:
10:00 AM: Event Kickoff
- Registration & Check-in: Receive your participant gift bag, sign waivers, and get your destination map and event instructions.
- Community Time: Enjoy a light brunch, order a specialty coffee from our barista, and meet the Ineos Grenadier family and fellow adventurers.
11:30 AM: Departure for the Event Location
- Travel together on an overland journey (approx. 1 hour, 29 minutes) to our scenic event site.
1:00-2:00 PM: Arrival & Check-in
- Get your event map and ask any questions at the Ineos desk.
2:00-5:30 PM: Trail Adventure
- Choose from 5 maintained trails (2 novice, 3 intermediate/advanced).
- Enjoy food and drinks at our specialty mocktail bar and onsite dining options (with accommodations for dietary sensitivities).
- Participate in fun activities like fishing at the family-friendly pond, foraging hikes, yard games, and cozy campfires with hot dogs and s’mores!
- Relax in a hammock or the yurt, or engage with our knowledgeable staff about off-roading tips and Ineos Grenadier vehicles.
5:30 PM: Raffle & Awards
- Don’t miss your chance to win exciting prizes for your next adventure!
- We’ll wrap up the day with a trophy and prize ceremony.
7:00 PM: Departure
- After a thrilling day, head home with memories to last a lifetime until next time!
- Sun sets at 8:24 pm
