We are writing to inform you of a recent cybersecurity incident involving one of our trusted software providers at Gebhardt BMW. The incident occurred on June 19th, 2024. At this moment, we are still assessing the situation and do not have definitive information regarding the extent of the damage or whether any personally identifiable information (PII) was accessed or leaked.

The confidentiality and security of our customers’ information are of utmost importance to us. We are providing this notice to alert you promptly, so you can take necessary steps to protect your identity and personal information.

Our Information Security team is actively collaborating with the software provider to investigate the incident and ensure the security and privacy of your information. We are committed to keeping you informed as more details become available. If we confirm that sensitive consumer financial information (SCFI) or personally identifiable information (PII) has been compromised, we will notify you immediately.
