At Illini Nissan, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. I wanted to personally reach out to you and provide an update on the actions that Illini Nissan is taking to help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) and support the health and well-being of our customers, our employees and our community.
We continue to closely monitor three main information sources for our decision making: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and state and local government recommendations. We have a leadership task force that meets daily and we will adjust as necessary.
We are also working with our vendors to increase cleaning and sanitizing procedures for our facility that will continue until further notice. We are stocked with soap in the bathrooms and hand sanitizer, as available.
We are currently maintaining regular operations in our dealership and will continue to do so as long as it is safe. Additionally, we offer online service appointment scheduling and a White Glove Service at IlliniNissan.com where we pick up and delivery your vehicle back to you for service. If you are interested in the White Glove Service, please call in to schedule your service and request this at the time of your appointment.
