A Safe Way To Service
To adapt to the ever-changing environment, we are now offering Lupient Limited Contact Service at Lupient Chevrolet. This service is designed to limit contact for all customers and for our employees while still meeting all essential vehicle servicing needs. Within our service process, we have implemented the use of latex gloves, disinfectant wipes, and other measures to ensure your vehicle is safe before and after we perform service. Please explore our new service guidelines below.
1. Schedule your service appointment online or via phone
2. At your scheduled appointment time, drive your vehicle into the service lane and complete one of the available night drop envelopes with your contact information, appointment time, requested service, and preferred contact method (phone, text, or email). Leave the envelope on the dash with your key or fob.
3. At this point you may leave the premises.
4. Your service advisor will contact you via your preferred method of communication to review your requests and obtain authorizations for us to proceed.
5. Once your service is complete, your advisor will contact you and send an electronic invoice, which you will be able to pay remotely if there is a balance due.
6. Notify your advisor when you would like to pick up your vehicle. We will have it waiting outside and will bring your keys to you when picking up prior to our closing time.
Additionally, for services totaling over $200, we are offering vehicle pick-up and drop-off from your home or work within 20 miles of the dealership. Please call us at (952) 884-3333 and ask to speak with a service advisor to schedule this option.
Lastly, if you would like to drop your off vehicle outside of our service hours, we ask that you use a night drop envelope, available outside the service doors. You may park your vehicle in our lot and drop your keys with the signed form in our drop box. Your service advisor will contact you to review your requests and obtain authorizations for us to proceed.
