Addendums are stickers added to cars charging you for equipment the dealer had already installed in the vehicle. These addendums can increase the cost of the vehicle by as much as $1,400.

If the dealer insists on this, walk away.

TIP #2 — Beware Dealer Handling Fees

Dealer Handling Fees is nothing more than additional profit to the dealer. It can increase your cost between $400 and $700. Every single Toyota dealer in the state will charge you this fee, but not Mountain States Toyota.

Beware also of sneaky dealers who tell you they will discount the fee from the MSRP, but then add it still. If you see this, walk away.
