That was a great meeting today. I’m giving our staff the green light to offer our most valuable customers the chance to terminate their current lease early. Just remember that eligible maturities can run only up to March 31, 2019 and we will waive up to 4 payments. Tell your team to emphasize that as current lease holders our customers are automatically pre-approved for a new MINI. The staff just has to make sure that the account is in good order.

You need to be clear with your sales team that this is an extremely limited-time incentive that will end on September 30th. Let’s show our loyal customers some appreciation!
