Based on our records, [firstname][lastname] owns a [vehicleyear] [make] [model] which fits the criteria of high demand vehicles we’ve been looking for. You know the drill. Let’s reach out and offer to make a trade if we can buy the vehicle outright. I’d be willing to pay significantly over book value if we can get something done this week (save me a trip to the auction!).
If [firstname] wants to get a ballpark of what that [vehicleyear] [make] [model] is worth, I looked it up on Black Book, and it’s worth [BBV] but I’m willing to go as high as [BBV+10%]. I’m sending this email to the whole sales team to make sure we don’t miss this high priority vehicle.
If [firstname] doesn’t own that vehicle anymore, or if our records are incorrect, there are several other makes that we need as well.
