SEPTEMBER 2021
FROM THE DIRECTOR'S DESK | Lucero Ruiz, Creative Director
We have been working on big projects on top of our day-to-day tasks. The creative team’s ability to produce jaw dropping work never ceases to amaze me. Watching the creative managers carry out their duties with passion and dedication not only for their work but also for their team is inspiring and contagious. Let us be proud of what we accomplish day in and day out! We are the very best in the business and it is because of your amazing talent and dedication. Thank you, team, for all you do!

TRAFFIC RADAR | Sara Goodfellow, Traffic Manager
We are gearing up for Q4 and jobs are coming in quickly! Space out any COPY and PROD tasks as best you can when you have large groups of jobs coming in all at once. Remember that if you are turning in tasks after 7pm EST they will be considered turned in the following day and we will shift the due dates back as needed. Keep the momentum going filling out Task Types for Copy and Prod! I will be sending a follow up email concerning PROD Task Types in Sept to see how everyone is handling them and any ways we can improve.

THE WRITERS' ROOM | Kevin Brown, Director of Creative Strategy
The Creative Architects were instrumental in pushing through some great creative for a couple of pitches like Morgan Import Motorcars and Securitech180. I can’t thank each of them enough for their collaborative efforts!

THE CUTTING ROOM FLOOR | Adam Anderson, Video Director
With spec being wrapped up and the team preparing for Q4, we’re focusing on setting dates for internal training and finishing out this year’s goals strong. Over the past month we’ve had great opportunities working on exciting projects including non-automotive which allows for creative growth. We’re in the process of building our A-Net page and will be including all of our internal training assets as well as bios introducing our team and showcasing their abilities.

ALL ABOUT THAT ART LIFE | Duane Grant, Art Director
The art and code team have implemented a new eblast process in high hopes of creating emails faster and more accurately. This month our main focus will be on training everyone and refining this new method in preparation of Q4.

THE DIGITAL ART PERSPECTIVE | Jeff Roskow, Project Manager
Bouncing off “Art” announcement… New eblast process was rolled out and with some little challenges and growing pains, seems to be doing good. I am excited to see the impact it will make in coming weeks/month for it to fully be moving and running smoothly. Code team is doing an awesome job training up and getting used to eblast coding to pave the way for new and improved eblast products with the help of Affinitiv Dev team. Thank you to everyone on all sides as this takes help from everyone to be successful and so far, everyone has been more than great at supporting its release and operation!

BEYOND THE LENS | Kevin Brown, Director of Creative Strategy
So proud that shooting Brett Morgan for the Morgan Import Motorcars pitch turned out well and was well received in the pitch! We’ve got big things on the horizon as we continue work on a new production schedule!
