TRAFFIC RADAR | Sara Goodfellow, Traffic Manager
Q4 is busy as ever and we are low staffed but slowly gaining new friends! As newbies are learning the ropes, bear with us as it will be a bit rocky from time to time. If you can push back due dates of any COPY, ART, or PROD an extra day, we would really appreciate the extra breathing room.

Q4 is in full swing in the copy department! Things have picked up a lot more when compared to last year but have so far we've managed to stay on top of it all thanks to outstanding teamwork and communication with other departments. So shoutout to everyone who has helped us over the Black Friday hump! Also, we wrote creative for a bunch of new stores for Group 1 and have been working on Q2 SPEC. Stay tuned for more from Copy!

THE CUTTING ROOM FLOOR | Adam Anderson, Video Director
Since our last update we've had some major changes to the Production Department. We've said goodbye to some great friends and colleagues, and hello to some amazing new creative, skilled teammates
Cassie Smith is our new motion graphics animator and illustrator. We are super excited by what she has produced so far, and we are excited to see her grow with the team and expand our departmental capabilities.
Dave Fleury has joined our production team as a familiar and seasoned automotive motion graphics editor. We are privileged to welcome him into the fold.
Most recently, Jaden Durity has joined our team with a fantastic eye for design and composition. We are thrilled to have her and look forward to showcase her work!
We are wrapping up Q4, looking forward to new spec for the new year and to adding a few more team members soon.
Special recognition and thank you to Justin, Dakota, Zach, Hillary, Fernando, and Gina for really bringing it and carrying one of the most difficult quarters we've had in recent years. You guys are outstanding and the best teammates I could ask for.

ALL ABOUT THAT ART LIFE | Duane Grant, Art Director
Art is busy per usual, the team has gained 5 additional members at the beginning of Q4 who have made a significant impact on the team! Shout out to all long-time art members for helping with training and welcoming everyone into the team. In addition to completing tasks, we have implemented a different approach for departmental training which should be ready in time for our most recent new hire who will join us at the beginning of January.

THE DIGITAL PERSPECTIVE | Jeff Roskow, Project Manager
With the addition of the 5 new tea members to the Art team, the Art department has been doing a fantastic job at keeping the excessive amounts of tasks coming in moving smoothly. Also, with many high-priority and high-volume campaigns on top of normal workloads. Excellent job team!
Code team also has been busy not only handling Q4 heaviness but also taking on a BIG influx of SEO tasks to help cover the backlog and get them caught back up! These teams are cranking away and just ripping through Q4. Amazing teamwork everyone!

BEYOND THE LENS | Patrick Mahoney, Sr. Videographer
The film crew has had a busy year and an even busier 4th quarter. It's been a very productive year of reaching the goals we set out to accomplish, renewing talent contracts with our clients and even adding some new talent to our lineup. We look forward to having Kevin come back in the new year and continuing to tackle the creative projects set before us.
