Smaller but sportier than the X1, the all-new 2018 BMW X2 is a subcompact crossover that offers the versatility of a station wagon with the type power and handling BMW is known for. It features a 228-horsepower, turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that leaps from 0-60 MPH in 6.3 seconds. It also gets an EPA-estimated combined fuel economy of 26 MPG and includes an abundance of tech and safety features.

This month, we’re celebrating Holi, the Hindu Festival of Colors (March 1), with the popular spicy, vegetarian dish, Dal Saang:

COOKING:
- Put lentils in a pot, pour in water and bring to boil … reduce heat and simmer until lentils are soft
- Heat oil in a large pan, add everything but onions and spinach
- Fry for 2-3 minutes
- Once complete, add pan-fried ingredients to the lentils, and throw in spinach and onions.
- Heat for 2 more minutes, add salt for seasoning, then serve!
PREP TIME: 20 minutes
COOK TIME: 30 minutes
